Flows are not a negative, that's for sure. IMHO the best thing about a flow for a new hire is the quick seniority gain. It is NOT a thing to hang your hat on for getting to a major airline. Historically, no flow agreement has survived long enough that a new hire after the flow was started actually gets to flow. As long as you view it simply as a way to move up the list quickly, you're using the right perspective.

Default Any interviews lately?

Interviewing next week, just looking for some gouge/advice on the interview. Maybe from someone who has been hired very recently. Also is MCI going to be tough to get out of training?

In Person or via skype? Interviewed via skype and received a tentative hire last week.

Start here (it will take you to page 94) http://www.airlinepilotforums.com/re...ntract-94.html and read toward. It is all still current as far as hire process is concerned.

Glad to hear new hires holding MCI. Got a conditional last week hoping to hold MCI out of training so I can live in base.

Sure... and you can have your old Crew Room a.k.a. "Closet" back as well.

ORD- 7/19/16 which is the most recent class on the seniority list

IND- 6/22/16

Those are from November awards, so they might spend a few months in another base.
