Our union has been involved with the bonus process since it was first announced. There have been minor changes to the bonus plan as a result of their involvement. To the departures issue, I'm being paid what the contract says I should be paid. And the amount I'm being paid is far superior to most of my peers in this industry.

Is Republic doing that poorly? Not saying the executives aren't greedy, but isn't the the company in a good position for the future? I've heard the bankruptcy is a non-issue.

The point was that we should have never been here. The only reason we are is because of management. I think we will come out fine. Smaller but fine. I don't think we see too many changes as front line employees. The biggest experience I've seen has been A LOT less AA flying out of ORD. Those planes were shifted to the east coast to cover the 17 birds we lost there.
