Ref+18, 1500fpm in the flare, no spoilers used, no rev, three bounces, four (4) separate touchdowns...

Reverser logic confused by the bounces, so they were stuck open and thwarted a go-around attempt.

Facepalm is too kind.

Beyond that, scud running before the approach. TAWS alert while trying to find the airport. PIC questioned stability, asked for go-around. SIC (D.O.) said no. PIC declined that SIC being D.O. had any influence in not commanding a go-around. Both acknowledged fast airspeed multiple times.

600fpm is a carrier landing (if you drag in a sagger). I can only imagine how that felt in a Citation.

How about filing IFR to be begin with and planning/briefing/flying the RNAV 06 with a circle to land, join left traffic for 24?
https://aeronav.faa.gov/d-tpp/2010/09816R6.PDF

The “PIC” clearly threw himself on his own sword and the DO backed the bus up over him.
The only two pilots to fly this plane so they must have flown together plenty.
765 and 1165 hrs on type respectively.

WTF is what comes to mind.
Maybe they didn't have any airline background, but holy crap GO AROUND is the mantra now days and this is the perfect illustration why it is pushed so hard.
Pure luck that no one died.
