Default Premier crash in Thompson, GA

Did anyone else read up on the crash in Thompson? Looks like they lost anti-skid and continued on to land on about a 5500' runway or so. seems like a lot to learn from a human factors standpoint on this crash, but i'm just starting to get into the details.

Read the NTSB report--lots to learn. Factors of fatigue, failure to address the anti-skid problem, failure to compute landing performance, a go-around on the runway, failure to properly configure the plane for what amounted to an unplanned touch and go. Just a start.

from what I read so far you can do flaps up or flaps 10 with anti skid inop. my question is what is the normal flap setting? also the flap handle in the NTSB docket looked more confusing than that of the MD-88. if the picture is right, it showed 0 in the middle and then 10, 20 etc..both fore and aft of the 0 setting. is this right? never been in a premier

The airplane has anti-skid issues a lot. Lack of thrust reversers and having to manually arm and then deploy lift dump.

I Never liked those aspects of that plane.

once you land, if you go around do you need to manually stow the lift dump or does it automatically retract like most aircraft? i'm still getting into the mechanical aspects of the report
