When Scandinavian Airlines had three gear ups in the 400' it was determined that the contract mainenance procedures were bad. SAS still had to ditch it's 400 fleet since pax didn't want to risk flying on it anymore.

Republic 4912 is a Q that diverted to ICT yesterday evening due to gear problems. I think they were not getting proper gear down indications, but apparently things went ok.
