Other than their phrase "nearly collides" for an uncomfortable but normal encounter with a VFR aircraft, they seem a little more objective. At least they didn't just make stuff up.

We should ground all air traffic in order to prevent these insanely close calls! While we're at it, we should stop all motor traffic too! We shouldn't have any near wrecks to talk about either.
All of these mainstream media networks shou be ashamed.
