Feds: EICAS hacked in-flight
#11
I'm really skeptical that it actually happened from details provided.
True white hackers generally notify the company of the vulnerability before notifying the public, at least giving a time frame to correct the problem. He is "grey hat" if anything.
I doubt he is telling the truth, or else the EICAS/ECAM is terribly designed.
The good news is that this guy is a "white hat" and is probably far more technically skilled than anyone the bad guys could employ. But there's no guarantee that will be the case forever...

This guy has a failing security business. He has been making noise, which real security organizations do not do.
My bet is that the he was trying to drum up business from AB and Boeing. They ignored him. He pushed harder. Things did not go according to plan.

Wrong, the Feds never said that. Rather, that's what he told the Feds. I think he's full of ***.

I also diffused and took over a hostile alien spacecraft by aiming my Apple Watch at it just yesterday. I am not going to let those slimeballs do to Earth what they did to the moon - see this link for proof of what they do: https://books.google.com/books?id=Qv...ontrol&f=false
