A SWA or jetblue newhire may never see the left seat. In this F-ed up industry it is a possibility anywhere.

Based soley on aircraft deliveries, yes you will never see the left seat at jetblue. The E190 options will probably not be executed. The company has stated they are capping the E190 fleet at 75 airframes. As we get new Airbuses we will no doubt park some of the older ones as well, so it wont be pure growth either.
That being said, I cant think of an airline that has an aircraft order book that will double their fleet size without parking any existing a/c.
Is jetblue a decent place to work? Sure. It certainly isnt perfect, but we are trying to keep things headed in the right direction.
