Quote: Scope is everything!!! If a customer pays spirit money for air travel it needs to be done by a pilot on the spirit seniority list starting at their point of origin all the way to their destination with no exceptions.
Amen to that!
I love the recent audio update from the communication chair. This is the way to run a union and I think we are finally on the right track! The company missed such a huge opportunity to get a contract for much cheaper last summer. 182 seat 320 out there flying around? Was the company ever going to tell us or just a read file after a week in service?

In regards to the 182 seats. Do you think the MEC will use the same tactics as SWAPA and the 737-MAX?

Wondering that too. The MAX isn't even out yet so I'm afraid we probably can't do whatever they did.

Southwest Pilots Say Boeing's Max Won't Fly Without New Contract | New York News
It would be nice to have the cajones like SWA does.
But we will fly the A320 NEO, A321 NEO and A320 with 182 passenger seats without pay scales. That makes no sense to me.

Ummm, August Quid we got nothing! Retro pay for these planes with no pay scale.......don't hold your breath.
Just give the 321 rate accross the board for 320,321

Bernie or bust!
