I seriously hope our NC knows this is a non starter for us.
The FA TA pay wise looks really bad IMO considering the industry. It's a path that doesn't even get pairity. It's insulting! Management is buying this with a signing bonus as I expected. I hope we aren't so short sighted.

Hope they vote it in and all quit after they get their Bonus. 8 years and they get a $2.00/hr raise? You have got to be kidding me

Yep! It's a total joke! Hope they vote it down. Trying to sell them on the bonus.. Which Uncle Sam will take half of.. Unless they have the option to put in their 401k.

It's abysmal unless you're in the top tier seniority. Looks familiar tho

It doesn't reach the legacies but I believe the scale is close to the baseline of the other airlines. Maybe someone could chime in with facts? My main issue is their health insurance premium costs will offset their raises.

Totally tilted to the top. They get the biggest % raises and the biggest bonus.... Anyone know how much of an 'improvement' this is over their last TA??

I've seen the TA. Looks a lot like the one shot down last year. Small hourly increase, insurance went up, increase to 6% match and capped at 110 instead of 100 hours a month. The big difference is the bonus. $4k-$8k depending on longevity. Looks cost neutral to me and that's after 8 years.
