JRM calls don't go out or at least aren't suppose to go out according to the contract until calls are made to the standing available list first. So if you're on the standing available list and you get a call then you can be sure that you are not next for a JRM. Calls go standing avail in seniority order then JRM in reverse seniority. That's how I understand it anyway, someone can correct me if I'm wrong.

Well if u put yourself on the available list on ur days off tell me how u would know the difference when ur jrm turn rolls around...I don't see anywhere in the contract it says if ur name is on the avail list u can't fly a jrm trip when ur turn is up...this is why pilots are the biggest [sweethearts] I know...hear me now there will be no friends from this business paying ur bills when u can't work guys...unless furlough or a strike there is no reason not to make as little or as much money as u want...it will make about as much of a difference in getting a new contract as JA relief did....

The first call you get for any particular trip will always be your standing avail call. If you turn it down and they call back later that's your JRM call which you're welcome to do. That's how it's suppose to work.

Well until we furlough, stop upgrades, or stop growth I will continue to try and max my retirement and my pocket...u guys can police this sh$t all u want but instead of targeting fellow pilots try pointing ur finger at the company..." like are hand audit pay bullsh$t"..even when we get a 16%DC I will still try and make 300k even if it means the DC stops at 265k...more money is always better and I promise when the music stops u won't get [a worthless centavo] from alpa...just ask DHL,Eastern,TWA etc..

I find it interesting that the special deal wh0res think that if you pick up open time at regular pay you are a traitor to the cause, but working deals that only an elite few can get is ok. I personally don't think anyone should be going above guarantee until we get a new contract.

Not going above guarantee does [wonders] besides make ur paycheck smaller...u guys actually think that would get us a contract faster...complete [waffle pancakes]...we will get one when the company has no choice....I personally think it's ok to pick up straight time or make deals...I will never dictate what my fellow pilots have going on at home....everyone has different circumstances

Lmao our rates are higher now than the previous contract by far and there has always been opportunity to make extra money at Spirit...saying the "wh0res" don't want higher rates doesn't make much sense...I would like 300$hr so I can fly jrm at 600$hr...oh and u need a contract so u can decide who works holidays, healthcare, and in this business safety...
