Yes I am on the list but u have no idea what I get paid or dropped with pay when they call...maybe we should play a little game..since I can hold turn lines I will start posting them on the trade board along with some other trips...then after they are gone in 30 sec I will flt locate who picked it up and then we will know who definitely works for straight time right...airplane deliveries make the world turn here not the amount of time guys work...I have seen guys on furlough with trips canceling due to lack of crews and guess what nobody gets recalled until new planes come...

They are offered at 200%...I turn them down all the time because lately they have all been sh%t trips but every now and then u get a good one...

Why have I not seen this excellent pay argument anywhere?
It's pay per pax seat. To wit: Legacy 320s have 150 seats.
United min CA pay per hour is $226 ($1.50/ seat hr). Max: $246 ($1.64/ seat hr)
United min FO pay per hour is $79 ($.52/ seat hr). Max: $168 ($1.12/ seat hour)
SPIRIT would then be:
Min CA: $268 ($1.50 X 179)
Max CA: $293 ($1.64 X 179)
Min FO: $92
Max FO $200
What do you think?

And he got zero company money into his retirement for that last $100,000 he earned whereas with a 16% DC he would have had another $16,000 contributed for free.
If the pay rates go where they should be it is imperative we lose the match and go pure DC. If it's a hybrid plan with match and DC the match needs to be 2-3% and the rest DC.
The match is keeping us from getting thousands a year in free money!!!

The annual compensation limit for the DC plan is $265,000, so making $300,000 does not mean there is additional lost money.

How do u know someone on the list wasn't next lmao...seriously ...so if I make myself available to fly and the company calls how am I supposed to know I'm not next for a jrm...what believe what a scheduler tells me...Don't be a [silly] dork
