I'm guessing it's the culmination of being completely worn down. They have very little leverage and have their hands tied by the RLA. Barriers to entry are low and a flock of new recruits is always waiting and replacement cost is low. I think Walmart workers have more leverage.

Our FA's will be at $51 in 5 more years. Looks like the rumors of the company desire for near parity at DOS+5 may be true.
I seriously hope our NC knows this is a non starter for us.
