A hell of allot more than Teamsters ever did for me and the pilot groups that I was a part of under Teamsters, which was essentially nothing. ALPA may not be perfect but the Teamster union at least for pilots is absolutely worthless.

Another ask to give sick time. 4hrs/mo is an embarrassment!!!! Even regionals accrue more than that.

Which is essentially what we laughed at from the company last winter. Time will tell sour. This is what teamsters has done for me. Unable to pressure the company dragging out Negoations for over 8 yrs. stopped negoations after the Midwest/frontier debacle. Allowed frontier to somehow keep FAPA still running after a vote. Did I mention 9 YEARS at the table! Alpa is light years ahead of teamsters and I have only been a member 2 yrs. teamsters is a joke.
