Quote: 90 minute callout? Yikes.
That's usually OK in mid-size domiciles.

Better than say 2 hours in NY with multiple co-doms. Even 3 hours can be tough.

IMO callout should be tailored specifically for the big cities... accounting for traffic and where you can actually afford a single-family house.

Yeah, 2 hour callout to any NY airport is a way different story than a 1.5 hour callout to TPA. Also depends on where you have to be in that time; employee lot? Through security? At the gate? That can make all the difference too.

Schedules?
What are the schedules looking like? Are you doing just turns, multiple turns in a day, or leaving base and returning home after several stops? Days on/off in a row? Sounds tough even if you live in base.

Are Breeze Pilots part of a union? I know everything is new and there’s a lot to be determined, but this sounds really bad. I interviewed with them, and I remember the former SkyWest pilot during the interview telling me that scheduling would be considerate of commuters. This sounds anything but. I know a couple people who got on with Breeze, and I sincerely hope either it’s not this bad, or things drastically change soon. Neither of them deserve this.

No Union. It typically takes a while before the ratio of koolaid drinkers to normal guys balances out to get a card drive going successfully

How was their interview process?

This was back in February so I’m sure a few things have changed. I didn’t get the job, but it was a lot of get to know you and TMAAT questions. It was with a pilot and an FA.

Pretty laid back, maybe a little too much since I was in a suit and they were in street clothes. I found that a little disrespectful. It’s never fun being turned down, but sounds like I may have dodged a bullet.

With work rules and pay like they are offering it won’t be long before the union grumbling start. Companies usually get the union they deserve.
