Is the ex C.P., and Check Airman, G.M. still there? I have not heard good things and heard he ran off as much people as anyone?

Would you recommend that a pilot at a stable region, who is about to upgrade, go to Swift? I believe he spoke to a recruiter who has him sold.

Depends on the regional I guess. Maybe if he’s flowing in a few years then I’d say wait it out.

Outside of that it’s a good place to fly your butt off and make money on OT. Upgrades are quick for those who qualify, but you’ll probably upgrade to a not so great base. Some FOs opted to not upgrade to keep home basing.

It’s fun challenging flying, everyday is different, flying older airplanes has its own dealings too.

I spent 7 years there and I had some of the greatest times in my career.

Never.
No doubt some posters here are decent hardworking people but some suffer from Stockholm syndrome.
Go to Swift/IAero when you need a 73 type for another gig or to get current when you haven’t been flying for a while or are unemployed.
Besides that, run don’t walk.
