Yugo started with Italian design, but was built in Yugoslavia. Eastern Block countries could take something decent and turn it to manure. It was driven by that form of government and economy.

I looked for a Miata sports car amongst the sports cars racing. No luck. There was at least a Mazda😂

Google algorithm throws that at me in the news feed about once a month because i watched a tricked out miata race a vette on youtube. Just don't click on it and they go away. Lots of vette articles though.
