Any guesses on that extending into unionized employees?

No...are you new here?

If the union came to us with 2% raises the angry mob would be out in full force. The company offers the nonunion employees 2% and the same crowd says where's mine. Sigh.

Relatively new hire I suppose. I figured this was for everyone else. We’ll get our contractual raise in November. Thanks.

Im sure the company would rather give you a 2% raise, when they feel like it, as apposed to the 4% raise you received this past November (Per the CBA) and the 3% raise you will receive in a few months. If you would like this one time 2% raise then you are part of the problem. Thanks gosh we have a CBA

you forgot the 0% raise you will get for the next 3 years after that - thank you yes voters for a 6 year contract with no provision for additional raises

The next contract needs to have an automatic raise on the amendable date, and at least 3% each anniversary until a new contract is signed. The company will drag out negotiations at least 2 years past the amendable date, then offer us a pittance of what our retro pay would have been as a signing bonus. In this manner they save millions of dollars each time we negotiate.

I also don't like the fact that the 2% is widely advertised in the media as being for "every employee" when we will never see it. One could call that false advertising, or worse. Remember, if we lie to the company, we are fired. It should work both ways.

You dont think we havent already asked for a yearly 3% raise post amendable date? Think it got soundly rejected, know why? They pay for those 3-4% pay raises by efficiency give backs like SIG SLA, lay flat seats, deviation language, training conflict, best fit for R-days and the list goes on and on and on. How would they pay for that 3% payraise every year post amendable date? Gee I went to state college and understand these company negotiators better than most ALPA ride or die pilots. SMDH.

We don't have it because we don't negotiate it. Other ALPA carriers have it and snap up provisions. I think the UPS post amenable raise is only one year.
