Quote: You right about being patient, but I keep turning down corporate offers and waiting for a call that never arrives while seeing less experienced pilots getting class dates. No disrespect to anyone, we all deserve a chance and having 2500tt doesn’t make me a better pilot that a 1500 commercial but objectively I should have received an interview invitation by now. One more month delay and I’m a King Air dude f* it
Out of curiosity do the places you have turned down or are looking at having training contracts? If not could always be an option to take the job build more turbine time while waiting. I can see how its frustrating just keep trying to contact every two weeks checking in and maybe apply to other regionals as well. Stack the cards.

Have you attempted to make contact with a PSA recruiter?

I didn’t really go into contract details since I knew I wasn’t going to accept the job, but even if there is no training contract, I won’t ever take a job knowing that chances of me leaving in less than a year are high, it just wouldn’t feel right, honest and fair to the employer. I should probably reach out to a recruiter but I have no idea how, any sugestion? Thanks!

I believe if you go to the PSA website and click on first officers and scroll to the bottom there is a tab that says email us. If that doesn't work click on the get in touch tab and it brings up emails for recruiting as well. I'm pretty sure, but don't hold me to it, that is a generic email address that goes to recruiting. I'd start there. Worst case you email the wrong recruiting person and they point you in the right direction.

Me over here wondering if my application status will ever change from, "You're submitted to this job..."

3500 TT 2k Turbine PIC and company instructor in the same position but that’s the game we play. Just be patient.

It is possible they are actively seeking low time pilots who will not quickly be competitive at lcc’s

Submitted my HR interview on April 3 and just heard back today for a technical interview invite... just be patient, looks like they go in spurts. I have to wait another 10 days to get my technical done because all interview blocks next week are full.

1600TT - ATP Written Complete - 160+ Multi - 17 hours Turbine - CFI, CFII, MEI

i don’t think they care about experience, just going down the list in the order of who applied it looks like

With how many guys I encounter on the line whether FO or Captain trying to bail out for the LCC's I think you have a solid point here.
