Buddy of mine did the HR portion last week... very “use your own words” versions of the questions:

Tell me about yourself. Why PSA? Etc.
Tell us about a time you promoted safety.
What does it mean to be a professional pilot?
What are your 5 & 10 year goals and what steps are you going to take to get there?
What steps can you take to be prepared for the training at PSA ?
Have you applied anywhere else?

And several Yes/No/Explain questions about FAA violations, checkride failures, etc.

He said 14 total questions. 20 seconds to read the question, 2:00 to record your answer.

In the latest bid, pretty much every new hire got Phl. As of now, we are very short staffed in Philly as the lines are increasing here.

Latest bid a very very good chunk of new hires went to PHL. Handful also got DC.
