COVID Likely Origin: Wildlife Farms

WHO believes the virus came from wildlife farms which supply wet-markets. China apparently shut these down a year ago.

Plausible... could one wild bat cause a pandemic? Maybe, but the odds are long.

But if you farm wild animals, and you get a wild, novel virus loose in what is likely a closely confined population then you could end up supplying large numbers of infected animals to the market.

Yet for every epidemic, pandemic, or sporadic disease outbreak, there is always an index case. Yosemite Park Golden mantled ground squirrels (the state rodent) with Plague have infected tourists,

and before antibiotics plague took out a significant percentage of the population of Europe. Improbable things happen frequently, given a large enough population.

You will be canceled for even contemplating that China is at fault.

Of COURSE the WHO is going to attribute the source of the virus to an animal source. Go watch the Rogan podcast where his guest obliterates the idea of it originating from a wet market and says the evidence is clear it escaped a lab in Wuhan.

I can’t access the video where I am right now or I’d post the link.

It's at least remotely possible, that it accidentally escaped. It's a legit lab, which is legitimately located where it's located... specifically to study this kind of biology. So all of the ingredients are potentially in place, just need one little oopsie.

But for those same reasons it's also obviously plausible that it came directly from nature via wet markets. Not a whole lot of industrial hygiene there, while the lab at least tries to do industrial hygiene and bio-safety.

Either way, the underlying root cause is the large-scale processing and consumption of wildlife. If it weren't for that, the lab wouldn't have existed. We actually have a small issue with that here in the US with prion disease from game animals, it's just not a big deal because of the way it spreads (you have to handle or eat the animal, it can't spread from human to human unless you're Hannibal Lecter). So it's rare but it happens.

I know a person whose daughter competed in these games and came home with Covid.

What is amazing is how in 2020 there was an explosion of media support for the narrative the COVID virus jumped from an animal to humans without some help from the China Lab.

And yet there is evidence of experimentation with the very same virus which would also support an “accidental” release into the world population.

Here’s a quote from a science article published in 2009:
“ Large gaps exist in the scientific knowledge of how deadly viruses jump species and why outbreaks of animal-transmitted diseases such as Ebola have seemed to occur with increasing frequency over the last 30 years. Tom Geisbert suspects these viruses have actually been around for a long time, previously undiagnosed in human and animal populations. As humans encroach on the rainforest, we’re more likely to come in contact with these viruses, he says, “but one of the biggest reasons we’re seeing more is that we now know what to look for. We are out looking for these viruses.”https://scienceline.org/2009/03/bio-...-pigs-species/

They, scientist with full knowledge and support of the WHO and others, were and are doing the research and experimentation with viruses, including COVID.

Why, when the evidence clearly supports this acknowledgment do they continue to deny or misdirect the facts/science?

Isn’t the loud cry, “follow the science?” Well, here it is.

I thought I would add this; the article states 30 years so would it be a surprise the first documented successful use of a virus modified dna was about 30 years from the date of the article.

That's the one. Thanks for the assist.

Whether the release was accidental or otherwise, it is pretty clear the Chinese manipulated the virus know as Covid 19. Just like some of us have been saying all along.
