The company should be embarrassed…..EMBARRASSED that they are sooooo cheap in their compensation. We’re NOT going to attract applicants. Management keeps hanging their hat on the pension…wand the fact that since we have one, it means that our pay rates are appropriately lower. I’m embarrassed for them and am no longer a proud FedEx pilot It’s a shame……let’s vote already!!!!!!!! I wanna see that plastered all over Wall Street NOW!

Anytime anyone thinks about settling for less. Take a moment and remember the brave crew of the doomed UPS flight 6. That's why we should get paid MORE not because of night flying or fatigue or any of the rest. These company charge a premium to move that stuff and it certainly ain't going as anyone's belly freight. .there are really risks associated with what we do and for that reason alone we should never be paid any less that our brethren carrying the self loading freight.

This is a little misleading:

I doubt that FEDEX lost $35 BILLION.........or lost any money at all.

Very misleading it should have said:

I would strongly suggest they apply elsewhere and only come here as a last resort. The big 3 need way too many pilots.

A friend of mine works for Sun Country and he loves it. Loves the people he works for and with. He doesn’t want to leave.

Claiming FedEx as a last resort is a bit silly. Let’s see where the contract goes. Doom and gloom much? Delta had to get a strike vote. It wasn’t like Ed came to the pilots with an open heart. RELAX

It really helped us when he went on TV and told everyone we couldn’t strike. Or wouldn’t be allowed to. Or something like that. Pi$$ed off the mediator and that got stuff moving. But I honestly think it was his response to the strike vote more than anything.
