Even if it is fact, it’s irrelevant. That’s why it’s a personal attack. What that means is you attack the person rather than their argument. If you had said that on the thread where I got the contract wrong, then it would've been germane to the conversation. Here, not so much. It’s petty and it’s what people do when they’ve lost the argument. And it’s personal. Those are facts.

alright folks. Mark me down as Video complete. Had no idea what the lady was saying, had the volume muted, but other than that…. Gotta go work on my tractor, was stuck, now has an oil leak. Anybody know a good diesel mechanic? I mean somebody who is the Charlie Daniel of the torque wrench….

The Co. will play us just like last time. Delay the payrates, let rumors loose, create the expectation of a years-long battle still ahead. Get the doom and gloom well established on the line. Then, suddenly come to the table with the Compensation necessary to get just over 50% of the vote, while guys trip over themselves to Vote Y and avoid any more negotiations delays, while ratifying further QOL concessions that will be hidden and glossed over by our NC during the Roadshows.

I think the industry is very different this time. Literally everyone is hiring, they could lose a lot of folks if they don’t come up with an industry leading contract.
