Judge has blocked the Jet blue spirt merger!!

This will give Jet Blue an opportunity to walk away from over paying. Spirt is a mess.

I'm glad this happened out of principle, but I was shocked.. The way B6 took the merger from us was very crapy in my opinion. I still think a merger between us and Nk would be good in the long run. Better than Allegiant, suncountry. That being said, this block def will kiled any chance of a United, (legacy) merger dream.
