Yup. i wonder how quickly we could get an appreciable number of Embraer E2s up and running?

Your close enough to retirement it won’t be a big deal. But SWA is going to shrink as the legacies show SWA how it is done 😉

Delta cut hiring and laid off office workers. Is that how it’s done?

Let’s go, B6+WN, fleet diversification away from Boeing only…Europe ETOPS and premium product (MINT) + WN Hawaii, it’s all goodness😀. Could WN actually merge with an Airbus company?? Maybe to compete with Big 3 and go premium, it’s time to get away from LCC only customers😀! WN in Lie Flat Seats East & West!

You have no idea what you’re talking about. They trimmed some management fat and we’re hiring 1,000+ more pilots this year alone.

Should be done here. Get rid of 10 -15 percent of HQ on Friday. The stock would go up and this place would not miss a beat.

Quote: We are in trouble because of the Max7 for sure. We cant take 8s indefinitly because of turn times. Our leadership is pathetic and has zero plans or vision.

These options included considerations from what we learned in previous periods of overstaffing and how it negatively impacted Pilot schedule quality and earning ability. Funny he says this. They could have paid us more with the contract. Now they will want us to work more to make less. They can put a spin on anything.
Do you ever hear yourself?
