I'm in training at AirTran. Today one of the IPs off the cuff remarked, "when you guys are Captains in 4 years from now and you are sitting next to an FO with 400 hours total time..." We broke into laughter at this point. He looked at us without a hint of a smile and said, "I'm not kidding, almost every legacy is hiring, most of the nationals, Net Jets, Flex Jet and the like, Cathay, UPS, maybe FedEx again soon, I know guys going to Emirates, Singapore, New Zealand, and even some guys in India. You just wait." We didn't say much more. Interesting.
