You start out in the Caravan and can upgrade to the bandit with 1800TT, after flying the caravan for a while. Once you upgrade into the Bandit, it's an 18 month contract. When you start out in the caravan, it's either a 12 or 15 month contract, I can't remember, but that'll be voided if you upgrade into the bandit and your 18 month contract will begin.
As for the actual company, I know they have two fairly recent crashes, and I was standing next to one guy when he was on the phone quitting. He was very upset with the company and their unsafe operations. I've heard they're a sketchy company to work for from a couple sources. It's all single pilot IFR stuff, which is something a lot of people don't care for. The pay is about 40K for a bandit captain, which would start just after a few months of the caravan.
I know all this because the pilots would always stop by the FBO and try to sell me on the place. I have a hard time believing the 1800TT upgrade to the bandit, but that's what I was told by AirNow guys.

It is not the type of flying for a weak pilot; but if you want to get good at flying instruments (and you need to be good if you want to fly 121), then it is the way to go.

If you're interested in a two pilot cargo operation, you could try Mountain air cargo. They fly ATRs and caravans. You could be copilot on an ATR. Their is still a chance you would be single pilot in the caravan, though.
Also, Wiggins is getting ATRs, but right now they are only hiring ATR captains since the ATRs are new to them. After a while, though, they should be hiring FO with no ATR experience.
