You are always 100% vested in both your own and company contributions (and their investment earnings)

You're always 100% vested. As for pulling money out, the R&I Committee just put a bulletin out about what you can pull out and when. For the most part, you can't do anything until age 59 1/2, unless you were here (at NWA or DAL) through the bankruptcy and/or merger.

If you got money from one of those, you can pull it out anytime.

The one thing you never want to touch unless it a actual life and death matter for a family member is your retirement money. There are ways to pull money out but the penalties can be huge.
