I currently live in Phoenix Arizona. I will be moving back to northern Indiana at the end of November. I currently have 1,200 tt, 28 ME (30 hrs in King Air B200 sim with a systems class), and 125 instrument.

Does anyone know of any part 91 corporate jobs around the Chicago or Indianapolis area? Or is anyone looking for a pilot in these areas?

I have been searching high and low on the Internet, and using all the contacts I have in the aviation community in these areas. But to no avail. The search has been on for a couple months now, and time is running out. I could sure use all the help I can get right now.

The help is much appreciated.

I'm in the same boat here in Chicago. PWK is mostly corporate but there is a lot of corp pilots looking for work there. Also, I never get any love from the CSR peeps at the FBOs there. Anyways, since your new I'll do some leg work for you. Good luck

There would be very few Part 91 opportunities available for such a low-time pilot in the current job environment, especially in multi-turbine equipment.

Do you have your CFI? Are you interested in any 135 work?

I have my CFII and MEI. Also, I have my ATP written scheduled in two weeks. So I will have that soon. There is just no work around where I am at now. So that's why I am moving back. And yes, I am interested in Part 135, or even Part 121. I just want to stay away from the regionals if I can. I have done some corporate part 91 flying out of Terre Haute a year ago. So I have some experience with corporate flying.

I sort of understand your desire to "stay away from regionals", but with as little total time & multi-engine experience as you have, you shouldn't be ignoring those opportunities if they present themselves.

Many current bizav pilots (myself included) went to a regional for 1-3 years before getting our existing jobs; it is a GREAT conduit for quickly gaining experience that makes your resume look better and your decisionmaking more professional and you won't get "airline stink" if you're continuing to network in bizav.

Good luck...

I am obviously not looking for a left seat or single pilot gig. I would like to be able to at the very least get hooked up with a company that would let me sit right seat and get to log the time without getting paid just so I could gain experience and multi time.

Don't do this or even think this. When you leave to go to your next gig hoping to get paid well the last guy didn't get paid so why should you? Atleast you didn't say you would pay to sit right seat......or did I speak to soon.
