Glad to hear about class size increasing. Anyone from 10/28, 11/6, or 11/13 heard anymore class date estimates? Lat info I got (on 12/22) was a May-Sep timeframe.

11/6 interviewee here. I don't think 10/28 and onward have been called for class. I got 2 emails in late December. One said March-June class, the other said May-August class.
I talked to Royce in early January. He said to expect another JB poolie update in early February.
Right now I am betting on an April- June class....but the class sizes will play a huge factor.

Pretty sure he's implying the rest are hired for attrition. So if we hire 350 and 100 leave then we only net 250.

I think Bluedriver means with planned attrition of 100-150, there will be 150-200 more pilots on the seniority list by the end of the year.

I'm an 11/12/2014 class. Ran into two guys from the October 2014 class in JFK and both just put in their two weeks notice. Delta. That's what you call short time attrition.

Yes, typically there are lots of JFK slots available for both airframes. 6-8months tops before you're flying trips out of JFK.
