What kind of Vref speeds and landing distances does it have? What's its MTOW?
The phenom 300 is a great airplane... I agree the brakes are an issue, hard to control if you are not used to it, specially in contaminated runways, the anti-skid and the braking by wire cant be two things that are hard to control. The runways excursions can't be all responsability of the brake system neither... sometimes tailwinds and wet runways are not the greatest combination, and adding a possible WS, you know, it is never the pilots fault...Originally Posted by kingairfun
Saw my first NJA Phenom in SFO a few weeks ago... All NJA bashing aside, I wasn't impressed with the look or size of it. It looks cheap and not something I'm used to seeing with a QS on the tail. Do guys enjoy flying it, or is everyone trying to bid out

The interior, design, performance, etc, it is the BEST airplane in its category... Been flying one for a small 91/135, for over a year ( approx. 400h ), and I still love every minute off it.
MTOW is 17968lbs on our Phenom which is an early S/N, Vrefs between 117 and 103, it can take off on a dime, landing in less than 3000ft is normal, climb rates of 5000ft/min at 17200Lbs @ ISA, up to FL230. It is a rocket
