Of course we do...that was part of the original order and we're required to take them. However, a highly questionable (and high profile) safety record coupled with the already razor thin profit margins in that category have already attracted the attention of senior management with regard to future fleet disposal.

It's likely in the next 5-10 years that the Latitude will be the smallest aircraft offering which will result in an even smaller (but more profitable) company, and even longer/non-existent upgrades.

We are taking planes beyond the original order.

Incorrect.

50 was the original.

If they retire Noms, an equal number of Lats would replace Noms... Not sure what your angle is here spreading false info like that.

We're short planes... And have found out sweet spot. Time to take deliveries.

Quick question folks...

What are the chances of Netjets looking at candidates from the 121 world? Spent 5 years on the crj, did part 91 as contract pilot for a year then took a chance on a B737 job a few years back overseas as an FO, riding the left seat now. I would really like to hang my hat at a NJ, but I'm afraid that they may look at my quals and just pass since they may think I'll jump ship.

I'm on my late 30s, 6000tt, 2000pic, 400Tpic, college degree, no skeletons, etc.

Don't care about wide bodies or left seat urge, been saving money here so not chasing the cash per se, from what I've researched NJ base structure and Ops suit me and I would really like to get back to corporate flying, if I can do that at a place I can retire at even better. I'm ready to hang the hat.

Any input is greatly appreciated!

I finished a tour with a former TSA, Piedmont guy today. Super guy.

I'd make it known on the resume and cover letters that you've tried 121 and really want to be at NetJets. I sure NJA wants to hire pilots who are staying on this side of the field if they seem to have a 121 track record.

Make it known. NJA or bust.

Just tried to fill up an application, but the Jobs/app page is offline. Is NJ currently accepting applications or is the window closed? The links I found were only for current applicants to log in, not new ones. :/

Thx!

I checked it out. If you click on the log in page (even if not returning) and then search for pilot in the job search, it pops up with the phenom position and gives the option to apply. Good luck, I'm interviewing tomorrow. I'm previous 121/135 and currently 121 but want to be at NJ...the pilots I've met so far are awesome and super friendly.

Thanks EG, much appreciated. Sounds like we're somewhat on the same boat, we'll see how far I get, I'll apply today.
Best of luck tomorrow!

Does Netjets operate both Global 5000s and 6000s? Are they crewed separately?
