So what constitutes "fitting" into the phenom? Seems like unless you are midget sized you are SOL?

We just ran an entire class of pilots who don't fit in the Phenom. You don't keep up much with the happenings in our company, do you?

There is nothing in the contract (new or old) stopping the company from placing newhires into the Latitude. Only an informal "handshake" agreement to not do it for "a while"

The Sept class was 3 Sovereigns, 4 Encore+s, 3 XLs, and 5 Phenom. Most of those guys don't have FSI dates until November

It's an advanced flight deck but a little tight up front with the Signature interior configuration I am told. Here's a recent picture from the Netjets European Phenom fleet someone forwarded to me:

Ours are the same for NetJets US. Only difference I am aware of is that they have the ability to use spoilers with flaps, as far as the cockpit is concerned they are the same.
