Did the phone interview just over 2 weeks ago, have not heard anything since. Does anyone know how long until you hear whether you move on the next step? Anyone else in the same boat?

Did the telephone interview on the 26th, got the TBNT e-mail on the the 4th. You're probably gonna get an invite to interview based upon what my resources tell me. Good Luck!

Ok, got the Interview invite email today for September up in CMH. Not sure what they do up there exactly, I know day two is a Sim evaluation but day one is a panel interview. Is it all HR or a HR/Technical combo?

Hopefully, the Latitude coming on board gives a larger frame to put new hires into since the Phenom is too small for some.

Doubtful. The Latitude is being filled with guys that are trying to get out of the Phenom, XL, and other fleets that are being disposed of. I don't see a new hire getting a Latitude anytime soon. While NJA is getting a ton of Latitudes, they are replacement airframes, not growth.
