So he doesn't have any "cart path only" days then?

Basically.....

- no need for a 90 degree rule
- no ball retriever thing-a-majig
- no hazard gone unexplored

No one with any news on what happened with the NJ pilots in Augusta?

Delta is hiring 50 per month indefinitely and Spirit has a 3 year upgrade - you would expect some FO movement to the door...
The only NJ FO that I know did just that. Moved to one of the smaller majors.

In my opinion, fractional flying is still an unknown quantity to the airline world. If you have done both you know that the unpredictability of and the type of flying a fractional pilot does daily requires a skill set that would be a huge benefit to the IROP's the 121 world sees from time to time.

Give it some time, and hopefully the first few don't give us a bad reputation, and the airlines will be looking for seasoned fractional pilots.

MWilliams,

FYI- I have heard that Spirit has hired several fractional pilots recently - including a few from Avantair. Sounds like JB and SWA are hiring fractional pilots as well.
