Was there anywhere besides the turboprop operators that had the 10 multi? If I remember, it was only PDT with zero multi required. The jets that went as low as 250 were mostly 100 multi. Even then, there was not a huge amount of 250 guys. The ones that came through eagle had a 30% washout rate. But back then, you could easily replace them with another until you got one worth a damn.
