I was an 1130 on 3/31 and just went background completed on 5/18 with 21/21 checks. I am prior military so only two employers and a couple state checks for residences. No word from PHC yet, but was offered a class last week to start in MCO on 5/26. I was stuck at 14-16/21 checks for at least 3 weeks. Based on this timeline, you 4/14 guys have at least a couple more weeks to wait for most of you to go background complete.

I'm not sure what time my buddy had his interview.

As of yesterday Stirling shows 19/20 complete, but I can now click on "View Report" and see an 11 page document titled "Completed Report." Anyone know what the last check is supposed to be?

Just a little insider info for you 4/14 phase 2 guys, I was passing through the MCO crew room today and you're guys names are on the bulletin board to give our input. They do that if crews see a name and want to give input for a former colleague or guy you may know in phase 2, good or bad. The chief then gives those comments to the pilot review board to take it all in for a hiring decision. So phase 2 is moving along for you guys. Good luck

I was in the 3/31/15 interview class and had a similar thing. I called Sterling and they said there were two items that were submitted and originally supposed to be checked but they didn't need them for the background to be completed. It just doesn't drop off the items so if you're getting the view report and "background completed" then you're all done. Hope this helps!

So how long after your back check is complete can you reasonably expect an email or phone call?

Any idea of numbers that Blue is going to need in the near future? Do you think those numbers are going to increase significantly over the next year or two with attrition to Legacy? Last one. Any word of when more interviews will be handed out?

There has been a few emails from the higher ups on classes happening during the summer to more of an extent than we normally do. With regard to attrition it's tough to say as the seniority list is only updated twice a year I think. I was an October hire and a few in my class have already left to Delta so we'll see. We're still taking on airplanes so we're still going to need crews for them.
