RW really is about to try and push for the 2.5/6. I personally think it will settle in at ~3.5/6.5.
3.5 for upgrade is a reasonable time. The average flight time for FO would be around 1,500-2,000 in the company. Should be enough experience to keep our quality.

The training center is not even runing at 25% of their capacity. They will probably start runing the upgrades in september.

You know the answer. It's a year from the date, but that doesn't mean anything, I'm pretty sure is contractual.

So they kicked the dog too hard. Now, they are gonna throw the poor dog a bone. That's so sweet of the company.

Well, glad to hear it for those that have suffered long in the right seat. I would still be shoveling hard to get outta there to Delta or United or Southwest were I you. No better time than now.
