OK yes they did something that hurt TSA a while ago, the current pilot group is mostly not those people. The current management style is considerably different than it used to be.
The problem with your thought is that Gojets is still being used to subvert the TSA pilot group. Until it is merged into TSA and put below the TSA pilots with negotiated work rules, the issue still remains.

So when GoJet gets a new contract with decent work rules and better pay they are still subverting TSA?

Do you understand how seniority works? Plus, if you think Gojet will ever get decent work rules and better pay just because pilots deserve it, you are in for a rude awakening. TSH will only give them what is needed to staff the airline in the cost structure of their CPA with their mainline partners. If they aren't paid enough to pay the Gojet partners enough, they will likely fold up shop. Similar to what is happening in RAH's situation.

So what you want is GoJet to be folded into TSA stapled onto the bottom so you can rise in seniority. All I hear from you is a complaint that you didn't get the shiny jetz and now you feel bad that you didn't leave when you had the chance

When do we just get over it? When will we stop associating the name Judas with betrayal, or Benedict Arnold with traitor, or Carl Icahn with the destruction of TWA, or Frank Lorenzo with union busting at Continental and Eastern?

Neither does a new style make it right.

Ignorance is simply a lack of knowledge, and it can be cured by supplying the knowledge. It's understandable and excusable. What is not excusable is when one in possession of that knowledge chooses to ignore it.

Not even close to a valid comparison, nor is this a right or wrong issue. There is no stigma associated with coming from GoJet as far as hiring departments are concerned.

Time to face reality.

There are still humans on hiring panels, it doesn't seem out of the realm of possibility that during an interview process someone on a hiring panel somewhere, sometime will score a candidate lower based on which airline a candidate flies for. It probably happens on a daily basis - not just with humans either, if you can score a candidate higher for having a military background then you can also score candidates higher based on their current airline.

Since when did you speak for all hiring departments?

You may choose to ignore reality, but that doesn't change it.

Quote: No. Compass was created as flow up/down furlough protection for NWA pilots when it was on the verge of seniority. It was not staffed to subvert contract negotiations. GoJet was.
No, it was not created for that purpose. That was the negoicated product after the battle to not budge was lost. It was staffed for exactly the same reasons to reduce labor cost.
