Didn't Gojet staff its airline with TSA pilots, out of seniority, so they could avoid paying TSA pilots the correct worth for flying for larger planes? Didn't junior TSA pilots and others go there and make Gojet function?

Yes.
No.
Perhaps not scabs officially because they didn't cross picket lines, but they certainly harmed TSA bargaining position by staffing an airline out of seniority order that was used to, for all intents and purposes, circumvent the bargaining process.
