I thought the training at Endeavor is pretty good. The pay is not to bad either.

I wouldn't consider $50,000/yr poverty. There's a lot of pilots out there in the 135 world that make in that range even after years of experience, even Captains.

Most $/Annual if you include the bonus would be Endeavor. Most $ base would be Republic. Never been thru either training but both HR department seemed very organized and professional and in the region you mention.

While we're on it, I have interviews at both Endeavor and SkyWest this week. Any feedback on which would might be a better choice? Pay is of course better at 9E, but my basing choices would be better at SKW.

Do you absolutely "need" the extra $?
Do you have wife and kids?

I do have wife and kids; I could make it work on SKW pay, but that extra $23K a year would take a lot of the sting out. MSP wouldn't necessarily be a bad commute, but ORD, IAH and DEN would be easier.

And yes, commuting right now is a reality, no matter who I go with

I don't know who's dumber the OP or the ones that are actually seriously responding to his trolling.
