Exactly...maybe we could implement something (I believe the "North" guys had a similar concept) whereby the company would pay straight pay up to 79:59 (still 15 days of work at the current 5:15 ADG) and then time and a half from 80:00 to 91:30. This might incentivize the company to build lower value lines and we could still keep GS pay at 2x because that is additional flying over and above your awarded line.
Of course, the better solution is to swap the current ADG for a 5+15 min day and then increase that value to 5+30 over the course of negotiations, as well as increasing the credit value (not pay value) of vacation and CQ seeing as PBS is entirely credit based.
NA15's decoupling of pay and credit for vacation was an awful precedent which would have started us down another slippery slope.
