Default Christmas Schedule

I have my CTP booked in for December 21st. Will you get break for Christmas? I take it if you do stop over Christmas you will have to cover your own flight back and forth? Thanks

Best advice I can give - call the facility you are scheduled to attend and ask. Christmas would be the first day of sims for you if they follow the same format I had: Days 1-4 Classroom, Days 5-7 Sims, and Day 8 Written Exam. If they do stop for Christmas, best guess is it would only be that one day off. When I went to ATP Jets, it was 8 days straight.

Any suggestions on what to study/memorize before indoc? I've got 2 weeks and just starting to look through FOM/SOPM to get a lay of the land

You will get access when you get closer. Typically it has been once you are 2-4 weeks out (inside of 30 days). Indoc is still virtual at this time.

No sources to reach FOM/SOPM. Just got through Indoc last week and didn’t have access to SWOL until the first day of Indoc, unless you’re a cadet. Yes, Indoc is still online and surprisingly worked out really well. Honestly, don’t get too ahead of yourself. They have given me everything so far to succeed, and other OO pilots I have talked to, say to trust their training process.

Default How far out is Sheppard Air provided?

My class date is months away, I want to start studying for the ATP written, how far out from ATP/CTP are you provided with Sheppard Air? I'm thinking of maybe just buying it now and make good use of the time I have now.

Sheppard Air will actually discourage you from studying this far out. IIRC, they recommended waiting until about 4-6 weeks from your class date to start studying when I called several years ago.
