You got WAY too offended here buddy. Read carefully. It makes financial sense to have someone with an ATP in hand and a previous type rating because they’ve already proven to be trainable in a 121 environment.

Careful, you’ll offend captive apple’s delicate feelings with talk like that.

Please take a few moments to read what I posted.

I asked how far back in the pool I would be BEHIND the cfi's.
if I thought I was so mighty with my type rating (in the 170/175) why would I be bootlicking on forums to other regional pilots???
I know CFI's worked hard for that slot because most of us were CFI's. I don't know where you summoned some kinda god complex but take a few steps down pal.

With your 175 type you might consider dipping in the pool at Breeze.

Anyone have good information to where the 175’s for AA are heading? It looks like LAX is the rumor.

Quite a few ERJ crews added to both LAX and SFO in April.

Compass operated 20 175s for AA so that numbers make sense for it to be LAX.

While AA ultimately decided where the flying is. It has been said that it will be within our existing geographic.. My money is on LAX/PHX. Most logical choice..

Don’t even tease about PHX.

I was thinking the same thing. Though I suppose it would go more senior than it is on the CRJ.
