OOs 175’s have the newest Epic loads.

Thanks this was what I was poking at but just did t know the proper terminology. I found a PDF that explained some on the latest and greatest Epic software update.

Epic loads are mostly irrelevant on how operators fly the planes. Skywest flies their 175's to places where LPV is useful, Envoy does not. It's a matter of what makes the most sense for the operator. Envoy uses an Epic load that will fly a non-precision approach in magenta, but their procedures dictate otherwise, mostly because they happen like never, so it has never been an issue.

This isn't the 900 (atmosphere or not) either. It's not even the 200 for that matter.

Made it through CRJ LOE alive. Looking for anyone who has done IOE very recently (started it in the last few weeks) for updated LOE -> IOE times just so we can keep an updated idea of times on this page

My LOE was in January and my wait was exactly 12 weeks.

My LOE was in April and my wait was exactly five days.

Does anyone know if there are any mentorship opportunities available by chance? I’ve checked the internal job board and couldn’t find anything. Was curious if maybe I’d have to email someone like I had to for 175 deliveries.

As eluded to above, ROGER BALL was just cracking a joke. He went through IOE in some previous year and he’s a seasoned line pilot now.

I am currently in ERJ training in DEN and one of my classmates said he heard of a ERJ guy recently getting scheduled for IOE within a week of finishing LOE. Take that as second or maybe third hand knowledge, but if true that is encouraging on the ERJ side.
