Lot of people are leaving with their feet… if people are complaining it’s because they plan on being here for long enough to enjoy a raise. Good to know which side you’re on bud!

I disagree. These posts reek of TA inexperience. They want a few extra dollars now before they cash out.

This post reeks of out of touch SAPA rep.

Consider, just maybe, some people would actually like to stay at OO but they have interviews/offers that are 1-3x the pay of the existing SkyWest contract and they have to make a decision soon.

Bird in the hand is worth two in the bush, and all that....but the bird in my hand appears to be bleeding to death and hasn't said anything useful in months.

^Exactly the position I’m in. These SAPA reps are easy to spot on APC.

If it’s the certain rep I’m thinking of then yep. Agreed. Very unhelpful comments all around from this particular person, I am shocked more people don’t call them out on it too.
