Don’t worry, the next TA will be an extra 3% increase in pay and the group will cave. TFAYD

Only a 28% increase for F/O pay rates, that’s not enough for me. Looks like I’ll be moving on next month.

I had pretty low expectations. But this didn’t meet them.

Sounds like a NO vote from just about every FO. Not sure on the captain side

Bad news for Boomers, FOs outnumber captains at an increasing rate.

luckily there are more FOs than CAs. Hopefully they see this as the pile of ^_][ it is and vote it out. It’s absolute proof that SAPA is only looking out for the company.

As a Captain I’m speechless really. We sat around for months waiting this out under the false illusion that the company was “running the financial data” on these ****ing trash “QOL changes”. The Captain pay rates I figured to be around these numbers but we got nothing on QOL man.

I’m a big NO vote, and it’s time for ALPA, enough is enough. The apps are going out to Alaska and Southwest, I’m done with this company, no way I’m waiting around for my #1 choice for this trash TA.

This would be a quick money grab for me voting yes on this POS TA but I think it’s extremely important some of the captains reading this knowing they’re going to be gone in less than 6 months realize it’s important to leave this place better off for the future of the industry, vote no.

Any way we can move the vote up? I’d rather the time and money from SAPA’s roadshow get allocated to a better offer.

Also, does anyone have the number for ALPA? We need help.

If you have been around enough we have voted in 3% raises. This is way more 62-72%. Im going from $127hr to $185. And $200hr in 2026. 11% 401k matched at 100%. Plus a additional 3% DC fund. FO’s. Start at $60 and goes to $70. Unless you put a upgrade bid in then at 750hrs you go to $144hr.. If you come over from another regional you basically can get that $144hr if you bring 121 time.. The rest is about the normal. More perdiem. No change to trip rigs. Cheaper health care.. first glance they really went after the 1-4 year FO’s and the 7-13 year Captains.. thats the choke point of people leaving. And thats the target audience.

Changes to our work rules which affect us in an other-than-positive way, such as schedule notifications via tablet, and all of this new reflow language, are completely off the table. All of this other garbage about reserve rules changing is stuff that we've been asking for since at least March 2020 or beforehand. This is truly an embarrassment of a package. Don't get excited about the pay rates (and the proposed $0.15 increase in per diem...) unless you fully understand how the work rules will cause a lot more difficulties than what we have going on now.

P.S. It is extremely odd that our internal company forum is now offline. It doesn't really matter what the excuse is. The optics are absolutely terrible.
