Greetings,
I’m considering which Regional to apply for and would like some information about SkyWest flying from Atlanta.
Are any of you based there who could share what your seniority is and what line you got in the last month or two?
Or generally, do you have options of 2 or 3 day trips or are they mostly 4 day?
How many years seniority at ATL until you could bid with most Sundays off?
How many Pilots are based at ATL?
How do you like SkyWest ATL flying ?
Thank You,

There are about 100 FOs in ATL. 18 months puts you in the top 30%. That should get you Sundays off. There are shorter pairings, however it looks like a lot of 3-4 days. Presumably because there are a lot of commuters and that's what they'd prefer.
They actually do poll the pilots at each domicile to see what they want. In SLC it's predominately shorter trips, while bases with a lot of commuters get the longer ones.

I was based in ATL for 4 months in the early part of 2018, at the time I was 1 year at SkyWest. I was 20/100 FO, now at 2 years, I'm still around 20/100.
Pretty stagnant at the top, but I can say as a commuter, I was looking to fly the weekends because they were commutable. That might actually benefit you.
