Hard to tell. But shows some west coast commitment.. looking at the flow board. Its 90% CRJ 10% ERJ flights into there. 13 departures a day....(PSP has 13 FAT has 28 , BOI 24, TUS 14) So if it was, it would be CRJ ...i would guess. But honestly doubt it will ever be a crew base...

Maintenance base
In the article it mentions ACI jet which is the FBO on the field. They have a huge maintenance department and do major maintenance there. They’re currently experiencing major upgrades to their facilities and work force. Most likely just talking about them and their increased ability to provide maintenance to Skywest.
