Question Training Time

After hire, how long can one expect to be away from home for the various stages of training? Is it continuous or are there breaks between? Is it only week days or any weekend training? Trying to prep the family with expectations for significant blocks of time away.

At the start of training, In doc, a solid 5 weeks away, depending on the plane and roll of the dice a couple of 3 day breaks but you'll want to study instead. Easily 2 months away from your life, family, and friends.

Default CTP

I’m scheduled for a CTP course that starts on a Thursday. Does that mean the course runs through the weekend to include Saturday and Sunday? Just trying to figure out what day would be the last day of that course.
