Honestly. Let them have the 200’s. will just end up getting more 175’s. 200’s have less then 10 years left on them and Delta has been very public on there departure..(yet they keep adding more)

Last earnings call noted a “slight” reduction in crj200 airframes throughout 2020.
SkyWest does lease (from who?) some of the -200s.

I believe Delta and/or Wells Fargo. Think some of the 900s are likewise in similar leases. I don’t know the list though or the terms of those leases.

Cool

Resurrecting an old post. Proof I know how to use the advanced search function. LOL. That I'm not just asking a question without doing at least some research. Trying to sus out MSP's current equipment. 175's and 200's? Anything else? 900's maybe for Delta?

70% of CRJ flying in MSP is 7/9; mostly 900.

OO has 60% of the DL flying, 9E 40%. Thats for real percents- not rounded. Its an increase for 9E over the last year (Covid).
Buried in that number, overall, only 3% of MSP DL departures are ERJ. So if you want Minnie, avoid the ERJ like the plague. Right now at least.

Even for CRJ, however, it’s pretty flat. Thanks to upgrade classes, DTW growth (drawing a couple pilots back home) and some company decision making, displacements and a very small handful of new FOs have made it back into Minnie effective July 1. So right now, here today in June, it’s still down but making improvement July 1. I’ve yet to see a single MSP vacancy posted to the last two DVRs. The company just seems to trickle some in as backfill or willy nilly.

For every rumor I hear OO is taking flying back from 9E, I hear the opposite rumor from those guys.

As far as what DL and OO will be doing month to month in Minnie- be it reserves, lines, planes, or whatever, 100% of my answers will come from a magic eight ball. Which is usually more right then I.

As mentioned in previous posts, our fine ERJ crews got done some wrong up there.

Good luck.
